Here it is...Somebody elses corn bread recipe. It's moist with a lovely texture and I think it's a Paula Deen special. But don't quote me on that...
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn, drained
1 stick butter, soft or melted
1 cup sour cream
Mix. Put in greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Cook for 45-60 minutes at 350
Bon Appetit!

Sounds good, I'm going to try it!!!
I think you were listening to the spirit cause I was just getting on your blog to tell you I needed this recipe.... and there it was!! The last thing you posted! This is the corn bread you made for our farewell party... right?
Hope all is well in Alabama! Thanks for sharing this recipe.
Sounds good, thanks Bek! UM, hi, why aren't we on your friend list?! Ahhh hem?!
Bekah Boo! :) You are my cooking hero! I love pretty much everything you make, in fact... I don't know anything i don't. :) We'll see. hehe Much love to the cook!!
AWESOME! Thanks for posting the recipe. It was sooooo yummy! Evie loved it too. Aren't blogs such an easy alternative to making notes on paper and then losing them (at least in my case usually) in the bottomless purse, diaper bag, or jean pocket that inevitably falls out or accidentally gets washed (what are all these bits of paper? what the heck did I leave in my pocket?) You get the idea. But I digress. Go blogs!
Bekah, I tagged you! Check out my blog! :)
